全密封變壓器，不同于普通油浸式變壓器，它取消了儲油柜，由波紋油箱本體的翅板作為散熱冷卻元件，同時根據(jù)變壓器體積的增減而脹縮，使變壓器內(nèi)部與大氣隔離，防止油的劣化和絕緣受潮，增強了運行的可靠性。
產(chǎn)品采用德國閑心的技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)，計算機(jī)CAD智能設(shè)計，性能符合國際IEC60076、GB1094標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
鐵心采用優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋硅鋼片，有自動生產(chǎn)線應(yīng)用階梯接縫(Steep-Lap)最新工藝制造，有效地改善了磁通在鐵心內(nèi)部的分布狀況，減低了噪聲，降低了損耗。
線圈采用高強度漆包線（或紙包線）卷繞，型式為圓筒式（或餅式）結(jié)構(gòu)，安匝分布均勻，絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)合理，具有很高的抗短路能力。
油箱為波紋結(jié)構(gòu)，有德國GEORG公司油箱自動生產(chǎn)線加工、制造，表面經(jīng)磷化處理后用三防漆（防潮、防霉、防鹽霧）涂裝，能廣泛地應(yīng)用于冶金、礦山、石化等使用環(huán)境惡劣的場合。
油箱內(nèi)使用的緊固件均采用止退螺母，即使長途運輸后也不會松脫。所有組件均采用雙重密封機(jī)構(gòu)，杜絕滲漏，密封件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)丙烯酸酯橡膠為材料的名牌產(chǎn)品，能有效地防止光老化、電老化、熱老化。
控制方面配有信號溫度計和電接點壓力釋放閥，起到故障報警和斷電作用，增強了變壓器運行的可靠性。

The core is made of high quality cold-rolled silicon-steel sheet. The lamination sheets are produced by the up-to-date automatic step-lap core lamination line. The distribution of magnetic flux in the core is distinctle improved and the noise and loss are reduced.
The winding is made of high strength varnished wire or paper-insulated wire in cylindrical or disk type. The distribution of ampere-turns is uniform, the insulation structure is reasonable, so the winding has high ablility to withstand short-circuit.
The oil tank is corrugated type and fabricated with automatic tank production line from GEORG in Germany, After phosphorating,its surface is coated with dampproof, mildewproof and saline fog proof painting , Thus, the transformer can be widely used in severe conditions ,such as metallurgical industry, mines petrochemical plants and so on.
All fastening pieces used in the oil tank are check nuts to prevent against loosing after long distance transport.
All assembles of the tank are designed with double sealing to avoid any leakage.
The sealing elements are made of high quality cork rubber which can inhibit their ageing caused by light, electricity and heat.
The transformer is equipped with tele-thermometer and pressure relief valve, thus increasing its reliability.
